All school group bookings must be made by a faculty member. We require the following information to book a session:

-Name of faculty member

-Name of school

-Phone number

-Number of participants

School Cancellation Policy

If you change or cancel your booking with less than 72 hours notice, or fail to show up for your booking, we will invoice the school for the full value of the booking. To change or cancel without penalty you must provide the gym with at least 72 hours advance notice.

School Numbers Policy

We charge for the number of participants you booked for, even if fewer people show up. You may change the number of participants in your booking by giving us at least 72 hours notice. 

Waivers

All participants under 19 years of age must have a waiver filled out by their parent or legal guardian. Waivers may be downloaded here and filled out in advance if the minor’s parent or guardian will not be in attendance. Minors who show up without waivers signed by their parent or legal guardian will not be able to climb.
